examples:
I am a teacher                             من یک معلم هستم
You are a boy                              تو یک پسر هستی
He is a man                                او یک مرد است
She is a woman                          او یک زن است
It is a table                                  آن یک میز است
You are students                          شما شاگردان هستید
We are workers                            ما کارگران هستیم
They are children                          آنها اطفال هستند
The only difference between Dari language and English language in simple tenses is that verbs in Dari language usually come at the end of a sentence while in English language they come right after the subject.
for example:

I am a teacher                        من یک معلم هستم
I                            من
am                        هستم
a                            یک
teacher                   معلم

هستم which is a To Be verb has come at the end of the sentence.
